Does the product easily automate repetitive tasks?

Yes, there are many examples of GT’s ability to automate repetitive tasks. Here are a few examples:

  • When you receive Excel workbooks from your correspondents, how much time do you spend checking the data and requesting corrections? With Gathering Tools, users simply cannot submit data that is incomplete, inconsistent or does not match your rules.
  • When you request data from your correspondents, how much time do you spend checking who has responded and re-contacting those who have not? With Gathering Tools, you receive notifications of every event in your project, you have an automatically updated tracking table and you can send messages to non-respondents with a few clicks. For more details, take a look at what answers management looks like.
  • Many basic tasks can be automated with actions (e.g. automatically send each branch a document based on the previous month’s data and updated with the reference data. Or automatically store all validated answers. Or publish a dashboard consolidating all the subsidiaries’ answers). But these actions can themselves be automated! For example, it is possible to set up a combination of actions which links several actions one after the other or set up triggers without code, which will automatically execute your actions when events occur with a few clicks. For example, as soon as all the responses have been validated, launch the consolidation and then publish the dashboards!
